Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States addresses only. Shipping is free on every US order.

Where it ships from: Your order ships from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse, not from our own address. We place your order with them within 1 business day (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery times

Table runner	8-15 days after we place your order (see the runner-only Thanksgiving cutoffs below).
Pimple patches (800 pcs)	About two weeks (typically 8–13 days). They ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. No holiday delivery date applies to the patches.

Table runner, how long it takes: Delivery typically takes 8-15 days after we place your order. Most orders (about 8 in 10) arrive within 15 days; a small share can take longer, especially during the November-December holiday peak.

Tracking: We email your tracking number as soon as it’s available, usually within a few business days of your order.

Table runner only: holiday cutoffs (2026)

These Thanksgiving dates apply to the table runner only. They don’t apply to the pimple patches, which arrive in about two weeks (typically 8–13 days) with no holiday delivery promise.

By Tue Nov 3, 11:59 PM ET	Delivery before Thanksgiving (Thu Nov 26).
Wed Nov 4 – Mon Nov 9	May arrive after Thanksgiving. Great for fall and holiday tables.
After Nov 9	Plan for delivery after Thanksgiving. Christmas cutoff: order by December 10.

If your order is delayed: If we can’t get your order to you within the time we told you, we’ll email you before that date with a new estimate and give you the choice to cancel for a full, prompt refund.

Lost or damaged parcels: If tracking stops moving for 7+ days or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@patchwell.org with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we’ll replace or refund it.

Address changes: Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order has been placed with our fulfillment partner we may not be able to change it.
