Wash and dry the skin; no lotion under the patch. Pick a size that covers the spot, press it on for a few seconds, and leave it on (overnight is easiest; the supplier suggests removing it after up to 12 hours). Peel off gently and throw it away; each patch is single-use. Store the pack closed, somewhere cool and dry. For external use only; patch test first if your skin is sensitive.
