Refund & Return Policy (30 days)
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@patchwell.org with your order number. Items should be unused and unwashed.
If your runner arrives damaged, defective or not as described (including wrong size or color), send a photo and we’ll refund or replace it at no cost.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. The return address is provided by our support team when your return is approved.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
If your order misses the delivery estimate we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund.
