Patchwell (“we”) runs this store. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order details. Card details are entered into a secure Authorize.net payment form and sent directly to Authorize.net; we never see or store your full card number. When you browse: basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and cookies needed for the cart and checkout.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your order; to send order and tracking emails; to prevent fraud; and, if you allow it, to measure our ads.
Who we share it with
- Authorize.net (payment processing and fraud screening)
- Our fulfillment partner and their carriers (your name, shipping address and phone, to deliver your order)
- Our hosting provider
- Advertising and analytics partners (TikTok, Meta, Google) through pixels or tags, if enabled, to measure ad performance
We don’t sell your personal information for money.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@patchwell.org. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can exercise their rights by emailing us.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting (generally up to 7 years).
